ODE S.r.l. ensures that the personal data are processed in accordance with the aforesaid legislation, the fundamental rights and freedoms and personal dignity of data subjects with specific regard to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data, other current laws and the confidentiality obligations on which the Company’s activities are based.

Purposes of processing (main purpose: provision of services)
ODE S.r.l. shall collect, store and retain the personal data which you provide in the “Customer Registration” section of the website www.ode.it.
The collected and processed data are instrumental so we can:

• provide you with constant access to continuously updated technical information and 3D files on our products;
• meet your requests for general and technical information;
• respond to your requests for quotations.

Any message found to contain, in its text, personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, or data concerning health or a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation or, in any case, data that could be classified in the “special categories of personal data” pursuant to article 9 of European Regulation 2016/679 shall be immediately destroyed.

Additional purposes of processing (sending technical bulletins and updates)
The same collected and processed data may be used to add you to the mailing list for our newsletter service so you can receive periodic technical newsletters and updates on products and events.

Non-consent
If you do not give your consent to all or part of the data processing, it may be impossible for the Company to process your data and, consequently, it may be impossible to carry out the processing described in “Purposes of processing (main purpose: provision of services)”.
If you do not give your consent for the additional purposes of processing (sending technical newsletters and updates), this will not, in any way, limit your use of the functions in the “Customer Registration” section.

Data processing and retention period
The Controller will retain your personal data for the period of time strictly necessary for the described processing in accordance with the terms of law and, in any case, for 24 months since your last contact request, unless a contractual arrangement is reached with the Controller.

If you decide to unsubscribe from the newsletter service, all you need to do is select the “unsubscribe” option included in every technical newsletter and update.

Processing modalities
The personal data are processed at the registered office using manual, automated and electronic instruments with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure that the data remain secure and confidential in accordance with the confidentiality and security rules established by law, consequent regulations and internal rules.

Disclosure of personal data
All collected and processed data may be disclosed, for the purposes stated above, to the following categories of nominees and/or internal and external officers who are identified in writing and have received specific written instructions:

The Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries.

Data subject’s rights.
Pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679, the data subject has the right to:

• access the personal data;
• the erasure, rectification or limited processing of the personal data concerning him;
• the restriction of data processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent, where applicable: this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
• lodge complaints with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
