ODE presents the new 21IZ1 Series

ODE is pleased to present the new angle seat valves 21IZ1 series, available in the versions 2/2 way normally closed, normally open and double acting, with flow direction above and below the seat. The sealing seat in PTFE ensures a long service life even under particularly critical and harsh conditions of use. Made of high quality and corrosion-resistant materials, the new 21IZ1 angle seat valves with AISI 316 body (CF8M) is the ideal solution for industrial applications with fluids, gases, neutral and aggressive steams.  The 21IZ1 series is able to provide Flow rates (Kv) up to 1590 l / min (max.), with maximum operating pressures up to 16 bar. The valve can be installed in any orientation, it has an optical position indicator, meets the requirements of the PED Directive 2014/68 / EU. The piston actuators are available in 5 different dimension: Ø 40-50-63-90-125 mm (Actuator size 125 mm available only in Aluminum). The AISI 316 stainless steel (CF8M) used, thanks to the presence of a molybdenum, it offers better chemical resistance to corrosion and improved mechanical resistance at high temperatures. The 21IZ1 valves series realized in AISI 316 are widely used in several industrial sectors, such as chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, textile, food&beverage, steel sector, rubber, plastic, water treatment, shipbuilding, polymer forming, air/gas separators, gas-steam generators, compressors, sterilizers, filtering/washing/dosing/filling equipments, paint/lacquer industry, wood, mortar, cement, inks, paper, automotive, heat exchangers.
